Be it resolved by t�ie Ci'�y Council cf the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHFREAS, the City Cauncil of the City of Lymuood t�.as
heretofore, on the , 3�thday of November ^� 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of A. B. Gray �
for the purcl�se of all of the rig'.�t, title ar.d interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certiain lar.ds lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the, City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood.does hereLy resolve, determine and order as folloivsi
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to,
the said A. B. Gray
said property hereinafter describAd, subject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sa�d purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acq,ured by
said City. •
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of L�;�nlsood of
the sum of Eighteen Hundred Ten and No/100thg Dollara
(�1;810.00) the P?a�roz� cf the Clty of Lynwood ie hereby auth-
o^l�ed and d.i^�^tie:i. *o ?r.�-cut� a deed of conve;>ar_ce of cer-,

Clerk o:f said City is hereb,y authorized ,to at'test .said
deed and to �affix the City seel of the City of Lynwood

Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on.behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any �
escrow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
lands.
- Section 4, `Phat the City Clerk of said City is author-
- ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein nr�med, on
behalf of the said Citv of L'ynurood; as soon as, or upon c�on�
dition that the said eonsideration shall have been paid to
said City. .
