Be it reeolved by the City Counoil of the City of Lyn-
wood� Californie,as Pollowe:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hea
heretofore, on the 7th day of December, 1943 acoepted the
� ofPer of Jeri M. Renn for the puroheae of all of the right,
title anfl interest of the City oP Lynwood in and to oertain
lands lying withim eaid Gity;
NOW> THEREFORE, the City Councsil oY the City of Lqn-
wood does hereby resolve, deter�ine and order ae follows:
8ection 1. That the City of Lynwood aha21 convey to
the eaid Jeri M. Renn said property hereinafter described,
sub,�eet to conditione, reatrictiona, reservatione and

easements of record.
. That the City ehall oonvey to said;parchaeer no other
or greater title to said landa than hae�been aoquired by
, eaid CStq.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oY
the sum of T�ao Hundred Fifty and No/100tha Dollars �
($250.00) the Mayor of the �ity of Lynwoofl is herebq auth-
orized and direoted to execute a deed of conveyanee of
tain land hereinaPter described, conveying the same as above
epecified to Jeri M. Renn on behalf of the eaid City of Lyn-

orized to attest eaid deed and to affix the Citq eeal of
the Citq of Lynwood thereto, on behali of the said City of I
Lynwood.
Section 3. That the I�9ayor and City C lerk of eaid City,
on behalf oP said City, are hereby authoriaed to eign any
eeorom agreement neaeeeary to complete the transfer of ea1Q
lands.
Seotion 4. That the City Clerk oY eaid City 1e author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the eaid City of Lynwood, ea soon ae, or upon con—
dition that the said coneideration ehall have been paid to
eaid City.
Seotion 5. The property conveyed by.. thie agreement is
deearibed as followa� to wit:
