Be it resolved by the Ci1:y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Gity Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7th _ day of December _, 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Carl L. Willard and Lena Willard
for the purchtase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follotivs:
Section 1: That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Carl L. Willard and Lena Willard, hueband and
wlfe as �oint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,fect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easemexits of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
� or greater title to said land3 than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City cf L;�nwood of
the sum of Seven Hunflred and No/lOOtha.Dollars (�700.00)
the Mayor ef the C_ty of Ly muood is hereby auth-

op behalf of the aaid City of,Lynwood, thAt the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to,attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the City oP Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
eacrow.agreement necessary to complete the transfer of Said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of sa3d City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named; on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dltion that the said consfderation shall have been paid to
said City.
