Acqulaition.and Improvement�Dietricts Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 • and 28, and Municipal Improvement Diatrict No. 1 oY the City of Lynwood. . „ Section 2. �'hat the outstanding bonda and interest cou- , pons oP said districta, and each of them, are payable by taxes . or assesamen'�a levied wholly or partly in accordance with the . aeaesaed. value oY landa or property within said dietricts. . � Section 3. Tha.t this City Council has entered into a contract with.the owners of more than seventy-Yive per cent oP the bonds or indebtedneae oP said diatricte being refunded for tlie_refunding of said indebtedness under the Assessment •� Bond Refunding Act oP 1933; as amended, and.�that a retirement. , fund has been created and money deposited therein in�an amount • elearly eufPicient to provide for and pay all of the b'onds and . interest coupons of the-non-consenting oevners. ` Section 4. That the public interes�, convenience and ne- . ceesity require the cancellation,of all unpaid aesesaments ;. and taxes levied to pay the prineipal and intexat of eaid bonds � and coupons under the terma hereoP. . � Section 5.
