RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORZZING ,'HE EXECU^lION OF A DEED
UPON PAY1viENT OF THE CONSTDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, Callfornia, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood hae
heretofore, on the lOthday of March , 194�, accepted
the offer of Union Development Company, Inc., a corporation,
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lym�rood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
Section 1. That the City of LynlNood shall convey to
' the said iJnion Development Company, Inc., a corporation,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to '
condltions, restrletlons, reservations and easementa of re—
cord and sub�ect to assesaments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the.City shall convey to sald pur—
chaser no other or greater title to eaid lands than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City oP Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollara ($150.00)
the Nlayor of the City oP, Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Union Development Company, Inc., a corporation�
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of.the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3, That the Niayor and Gity Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�sa.ry to complete the transfer of said
landa.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver 'said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ahall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of land lying within the
City of Lynwood, County of Loe Angeles, State of
Callfornia, deecribed ae follows:
Lot 1286, Tract 3335, ae per map recorded in Book
36, Page 42 of Maps, Records of said County.
Sub�ect to A. & I. District No. 9 Aefunding Bond.
