RESOLUTION NO.2012-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2013 FINAL TAX LEVY
Be it resolved, by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2013, upon the taxable
property in the City of Medina, for the following purposes: To raise $2,726,118 as adequate
revenue for the general operating budget and $522,688 as adequate revenue for debt service.

2011A G.O. Equipment Certificates
2011B Taxable G.O. Improvement Bonds
2012A G.O. Capital Improvement Plan Bonds

The City Administrator -Clerk, Scott T. Johnson, is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of
this resolution to the county auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
