RE30LUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED :
UPON PAYMENT OF THE CONSIDER�4TION NAMED '
TAEREIN.
Be it reeolved by the City Council,of the City of Lqn-
wood, California,.as followe:
WIiEREAS, the Citq Council of the City ofLynwood hae
heretofore, on the 2jrd day of March, 1942, accepted the of-
fer of Harley Hise, Buildirig and Loan Commisaioner of the
Sta.te oY Californis., in poeseasion.of the assets of Pacific
Statea Sadings and Loa.n Company, which offer directa tha.t
the deed, to the propertp hereinafter described, sha.11 be
ma,de to the PaciPic States 3avings and Loa.n Company, for-the
�" purchase oP all of the right, title and interest of the City '
of Lynwood in and to certain lands..lying within_said City.;
' NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City: of Lynwood
�, does hereby reaolve, determine, and order as followa;
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood. ahall convey�to
the said Pa.ci,fic Statee Savinge Pnd Loan Company said pro-
' - perty hereinafter describefl, sub,ject to,conditions, restric-
tions, resernatione and ea.sements o° record and sub,ject to
assessments and reasseasmenta a.nd bonded liens of record,
That the City ah�ll convey to ea.id purchaser_no other'or .'
greater title to sa.id lands,than.has been acquired by said
City. - ...
Section �2, Tha,t upon pa.yment to the_ City of Lynwood oP
the aum of Sixty-eight Thousand T,wo Hundr.ed Thirty-eight and
25/100 Dollars (�6�,238 the Mayor of the City.of Lynwood is
hereby authorized a.nd directed to execute a deed of conveyance
of certain land herelnaPter deecribed, conveying the same as
above specified to Pacific States Sa.vings and Loan Company

�, of said City is hereby�authorized to attest said deed and to
aff.ix the City aeal oP the incorporated City of Lynwood thereto,
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.•

on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to aign any es- �
crow a�reement neceasary to complete the'transfer of eaid

ized to deliver eaid deed to the grantee therein named, on
