RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL E9TATE
AND AUTHORIZIDTG THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYi�tENT OF THE CONSIDERATIGN NAl'�iED

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
Ca.lifornia, a,s follows: .
W�REAS, tize City Council of the City of Lynwood ha.s hereto�
fore, on the 2jrd day of Niarch, 1942; accepted the offer of Harley
Hise, Building and Loa.n Commissioner of the State of Ca,lifornia,
in �ooesession of the assets of Pacific Sta.tes Savings and Loan
Company, wh3ch offer directs thet the deed, to the property here=n—
after described, shall be made to the Pacific States Savings and
Loan Company, for the purchase oY all of the right, title and in—
terest of City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
s�.id City;
D?OW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood doee
hereby reaolve, determine and order es followa:
Section 1, Thzt the City of Lynwood sha.11 convey to the said
Pacific Sta.tes Savings and Loan Company, said pronerty hereinafter
described, sub,ject to conditions, restrictions, reservations and
easements of record and sub,ject to 2.ssessmente and reaseessments
and bonded liens oP record. That the City ehall convey to said
purchaser no other or greater title to said lands than he,s bee
ancsuired by said City. .
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynorood. of the
sum of Six Hundred Four and 61/100 Do1Ta.rs ($"60�-.61) the Mayor of
tne City of Lynwood ia hereby authorized a.nd directeci to execute
a deed of conveyance of certain land hereina.fter described, con—
veying the same a.s above snecified to Pacific States Sa,vings and

Loan Company on beha.lf of the sa.id City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of sa.id Cit,y is hereby authori attest Eaid
deed and to a,ffix the City seal of the incorpora:ted City of Lyn�
wood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3, That the Mayor and City Clerk of said Oity,. on
beh�lP of said City, are hereby a.uthorized to sign any escrow
agreement neceasa.ry to complete the trQnsfer of said lands,
Section 4, Tha.t the City Clerk of said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condltion tha,t
the said consideration sha.11 ha.ve been naid to said City.

per map recorded in Book 2� page 6 of P•4aps, in the
office of the Recorder of said County, bounded and
described as folloVrs: Beginning at the Southea.st
