RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN RE4L ESTATE
. AND AUTHORZZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON FAY1vi�:IQT OF THE CONS2DERATIOPI NAil�iED
THEREINa
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, Callfornia,- as follo��s:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the �� day of M4rnh , 194�, accepted
the offer of Walter E, and Ruth N, 5tockwell
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying wlthin said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Clty Council of the City of Lyn�
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lyn�pood shall convey to .
the said We.lter- E, and Ruth N, Stockwell
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to
conditions, restrictiona, reservatlons and easements of re»
cord and aub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City ahall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum or Sixty—eight and 4j/100 Doll�re (�6�.43>
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to W�lter E, and Ruth N, Stockwell
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of'Lynwood,
Sectlon 3. That the biayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�aary to complete the tranefer of said
lands,
Section 4. That the City Clerlt of said City is author—
ized to dellver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property.coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Those certain parcele of land lying within the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angelea and Stete of
Callfornia, deacribed as follows:
Lots 35, 36, 37 a.nd 38, Tract No, 5456, as per map
recorded in Book 59, Page 66 of Records of
said County..
