RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIIQ REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORTZIIvG THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UFON PAYlvi�,NT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIuiED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, .the City,Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the Oth day of Msrch , 194�, accepted
the offer of Nick Hooealis and Zrene Boosalie, huaband anfl wife

as �oint / for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the.Clty of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said Nick Boosalis and Irene Boosalis, husba.nd and wife ae
tenants
,joint / said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re--
cord and sub,�ect to assessments and reassesaments and bonded

liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said landa than has
been acquired by eaid City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Two Hundred Seventq-four and 74/100 Dollars ��274.74)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying trie same as above
specified to Nick Boosalis and Irene Booealis, huaba.nd and wife

as �oint / on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the Gity Clerk of said City is hereby Authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City oP �ynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece=_aary to cospl�e*e the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of sa.id City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been pald to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wlt;
Those certain parcels of la.nd lying within the
Citq of Lynu�ood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California,.descrlbed as follows:
Lot 16, Block 6; Lote 16 and 17, Block 7, in Tract
54i8 ae per Book 59, Page 66 of Maps Records oP
Loa Angeles County,
