WfiEREA3, the City of Lynwood owns certain bonds and in-
, terest coupons of Aco,uieition and 7mproneraent District No, 17
, of the City of Lynwood; and �
•, WHEREA3, this City Council:is conducting a multiple dis-
trict retunding proceeding to refund the,indebtednesa of Acqui-
sition and Improvement Dlstricts Nos, 1'j, 1F, 20, 22, 2j end
28,.a.nd Municipal Im*�rovement Diatrict No, l of the City of
_ Lynwood; anfl •
WHEREAS, the public interest, covenience and necessity re-
quire the sale oP said City oorned bonds and coupons in said
refunding proceeding under the terns hereof,
� NOta, THEREFORE, be it reeolved`by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as Pollows: ` .
Section l. That the;City of Lynwood does hereby sell, in �
the said multiple distriot refunding proceeding, e11 of the bonde
and interest coupons owned by it of Lqnwood Acquis3tion a.nd Im-
provement District No, 17 as shown on that certain schedule �
attached hereto, ms,rked Exhibit "A
Section 2, Tha.t in payment of'said bonde and coupons, the
City of Lynwood shall receive all refunding bonds to be issued
3n said proceeding remaining after the performance of the other
contract relating to the sale of the outstanding bonds of said
distriets and purchase of sald refunded bonda has been Yully
