RESOLUTION SELLIA?G CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORTZING THE EXECJTION OF A DEED

Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 21st day of _ p�r11 _, 194�, accepted
the offer of Beulah SNalls, a single woman,
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lande
' lying within said City;
� NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn»
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
' Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to ,
the said Beulah Walls, a single woman,
-. � said property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re�
cord and sub�ect to aseessments and reassessmenta and bonded
liena of record. That the City �ahall convey to said pur-
� chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
, been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the Gity of Lynwood oP
the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-nine and 18/lO0 Dollars �
(�939.18) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described,. conveying the same a_s above
specified to Beulah Walls, a single woman,.
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest

said deed and to afflx the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the sald City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Nlayor and Clty Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to aign any
escrow agreement nece�sary to complete the tranefer of said
lande'.
Bection 4, That the City Clerlc of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement ls
described as follows, to wits
Those certain pareels of land lying within the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
CaliPornia, deacribed ae follows:
Lot 82; Lot 83, in Tract No. 2551, as per Book 24,
Pages 78 to 80 of Mapa Records of Loa Angeles County,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED thla 21st day of April , 194 2.
