C�lifornie, on the 21st da3 of April,.1942, adopted Resolu- I � tion No. 1439 relating to the abatement of dry and drying weeds on certain Lots in the City of Lynwood, and WHEREAS,'.due Notice was given to destroy such'weeds � by posting "Notice to Destroy Weeds'�'at not more than 100 feet in distance apart as required by law, and . WI�REAS,,at the time , and place fixed•for the hear- • ing of protests and objections to said matter, a hearing' . , . . - - --._ _ . ...__.. ... was duly held and no ciritten'or oral obfections"were to the doing of.said work, and WHEREAS, the City �ouncil of the City of Lynwood has considered all of the fadts and is flzlly informed in . • "the matters; that.they have acquired �urisdiction to pro- , ceed and perform the work of removal of said nuisances, . NOPJ, THEREr^ORE, BE'IT RESOLVED, That the Stree:t � Superintenent of the Cit� of Lynvrood be and he is hereby. instructed to abated the nuisances'described in said�Resolu- tion No. 1439 by having the weeds referred to removed, and . he and his Assistants are hereby-expreSsly authorized.to . enter upon private'property for that purpose. . . , BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that an.y property oMner shall have the ri�ht to have any such weed nuisance re-' moved and abated at his ov�n expense,-provided same is done prior to the arrival of'the Street Superintendent or his , ' Assistant's equipment.
