RESOLUTION SELLIIvG CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORTZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UFON FAYlaiENT OF THE 'CONSIDERATION NAIViED

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hae
heretofore, on the 19thday of May , 194�, accepted
the offer of �harles Wreath
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynvaood in and to certain lands '.
lying within said City;
� NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn—
. wood does hereby sesolve, determine and order as followe:
Section 1. That the City oP Lynwood shall convey to
� the said Charlea Wreath
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements oP re—
- cord and sub,�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
�� liens.of record. That the Clty shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City oP Lynwood of
the sum of Three hundred twenty five and 00/100 Dollara (�325.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-- .
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conVeying the same as above
specified to �rles Wreath
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest .
said deed and to affix the City seal of .the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Iviayor and City Clerk of sa3d City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby avtihorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�aary to complete the transfer of said
lands. �
Section 4� That the Cit,y Clerl, of seld City is author-
lzed to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 6 and 7, Block 6, Mod�eska Park, as per map
recorded in Book 9, Pagea 142 and 143 of Maps, recorda
• oP Los Angelea County.
