CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-89
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
SUBMIT FINAL PLAT FOR 805 HAMEL ROAD
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012-07
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2012, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2012-07, granting
preliminary plat approval to JJC Hamel, LLC (the "Applicant") to subdivide property located at
805 Hamel Road in Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Property"), which is legally described in
Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the final plat was required to be submitted
to the City by January 11, 2013 or the preliminary plat was to be considered void, unless a
written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an additional extension of 180 days in order to
meet the terms and conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The application for final plat must be submitted to the City by July 10, 2013 or
the preliminary plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time
extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2012-07 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Pederson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

EXHIBIT A
Legal Description of the Property
That part of the East 200 feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 11, Township 118, Range 23, lying Southerly of the Rockford Road
and Northerly of a line drawn parallel to and distant 183 feet Southerly of
and measured at right angles from the center line of the Rockford Road.
