Dear Mr. Woods:
Pursuant to Section 1.3 Schedule of Performance & Term of the existing Agreement for Graffiti Removal
Services between the City of Temple City and Graffiti Control Systems, the City wishes to extend the
Agreement for an additional one-year term. All conditions, requirements, compensation, and scope of
work would remain the same (see attached). If acceptable, please indicate your agreement by signing
below and returning a copy of this letter by July 1, 2016 to:
