Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, held on Wednesday, November 27th,
j 1 48 at 10 a.m.
Present: Mayor L. Seton Lindsay, Vice Mayor Wm. T. Jebb and
Town Clerk Wm.J. Bauer.

It was suggested that the Pine Trees bordering deeded highways
of the Town be topped and it was dedided to contact a company
doing such work and when cost of such a job was known, that the
Commissioners would take a vote on having such work completed.
It was also suggested, that the Howard C. Brokaw property at the
'north limits of the Town, be cleared by burning, in order to
eliminate danger of being bitten by snakes, as several had been
killed in the past year. It was moved seconded and carried that
this work be done under supervision of Town Policeman and others.
A lenghhy discussion was held on the possibilities and sources of
procuring water for the residents of the Town. A report by fir.
Black was discussed and awaiting further supplementary reports
action was postponned until. a later meeting.
A balance sheet as of October 20th was presented and approved.
There being no further business to come before bhe meeting, it
was adjourned.
