THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn»
wood, California, as follows:
', WHEREAS,.the City Council,of the City of' LynNrood has
heretofore, on the 9 th day of December , 194 1 , accepted
the offer of Clarence E, and Marie K. Hainea, husband and wife, as �oint
tenants for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followst
Sectlon 1G That the City of Lynwood shall convey 'to� •
n , � the safd Clarence E.. and Marie K.,Haines, husband and wife,as �oint
•� tenants said property hereinafter described, sub�eet to
conditlons, restrictions, reservations and easements of re��
cord and sub�ect to assessments and'reassessments and bonded
� liene of record. That�the Oity�shall'convey to said pur�
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City. •
Seotion 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Two hundred elght and 93/100 Dollare ($ 208.93)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Clarence E, and I�arie K. Hainee, huaband and wife as �oint
tenants on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
} the City Clerk of sa3d City.Ss hereby authorized to attest ,

� said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated C3ty

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the NIayor and City Clerk of said City,
� on behalf of said City, �re hereby authorized to any
escrow agreement neCe���ary to complete the transfer of said
lands. . ,
Section`4. That, the City Clerk of said City.is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named', on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con- �
dition that the said consideratipn shall have been paid to
sald City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:

- the City of Lynwood, County of Loa Angeles, State of
. � Galifornia, described as followa:
Lot 22, Block 4; Lot 1, Block 15, Tract No. 7816 as �
per map recorded in Book 90, Pages 20, 21 and 22 of Mape,
' Records.of Los Angeles County.
. Lots 48, 56 and 57, Tract No. 9235 as per map re-
corded in $ook 129, Pagea 10 and 11 of Mapa, Records of
- � Los Angeles Gounty.
Lot s 9 and 21, Tract No. 9862 as per map recorded in
Book 137, Pages 21 and 22 of Mapa, Recorde of Los Angelea
County.
