RESOLUTION SELiING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
. AND AUTHOR2ZING THE EXECUTT.ON OF A DEED
UPON PAYIuiENT OF THE CONSlDERATION NAIViED
THEREIN. �
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, California, as follows:
VJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lyn�nrood has
,. ' heretofore; on the � of J,� , 1942, accepted
the offer of �men L. Forment and Bertha L. Forment,
husband and wif� as oint t
or tYi�e ase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lynvaood in and certain lands
lying within said Gity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the.City Council of the C1ty of Lyn�
.wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
- 8eatlon 1. That.the City of Lyn�rood shall convey to
the said �man L.'Forment " '
said property hereinaPter described, sub�ect to �
conditions, restrictione, reservations and easements of .re�
cord and sub�ect to assesaments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the CLty shall convey to said pur—, -
. chaser no other or greater title to said lands than.has
been acqulred by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment,to the City of Lynwood of
the•sum of One hundred twenty—five dollars and no/100 (�125.00)
. the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute deed of conveyance of cer—
- tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to, g�� L. Forment and Bertha L. Forment
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that �
,. the Clty Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest
� said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3. That the niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf o,f said Cit:y, are hereby �uthorized to sign
' escrow agreement nece.sary to comple*e tYie transfer of said

� Section 4. ThaG;-the Cit,y Clerk of sa.id City is author— �
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
` behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said Ci�y,
5ection 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is �
described as follows, to wit:
East 12 feet of Lot 149, Tract 8716 as per map re—
corded in Book No. 145, Pagea.63 and 64 oP maps, records
' of Los Angelee,County California .
