Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn- wood, California, as follows: " WHEREAS, the City Council of the 'City of Lynv+�oofl has . heretofore, on the 2nd day of ,T»np , 194��,, accPpted the.offer of Clifford J. and Phyllis L. 3hrock for the purchase of all of the right, tltle and intereat of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within said City; " NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- - _ wood does hereby resol�'e, determine and order as follows: Section 1. That the City of Lynwood sha11 convey to v the said Clifford J. and Phyllis L..Shrock eald property.hereinafter described; sub�ect to , conditlons, restrictiona, reservations and easemente of re-» cord and sub�ect to assessmente and reassessments and bonded liens of record. That the City shall convey to sald pur- chaser no other or greater title to said lande than has ' been acquired by said City, Section 2. That upon payment to the City,of Lynwood of the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars {�1,400,00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is.hereby auth- orized and @imected to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- tain land hereinafter described, conveying'the Same�as above specified to Clifford J. and Phyllis fl,.
