AND AUTHORIZING THE ` EXECUTION OF A DEED

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
. _,, wood, Californi`a, as follows:
W'HEREAS, the City Council of the, City of Ly,nwood:has
, heretofore, on the 7th day of July , 194 2 , accepted
- the offer•of Grayson Heat Control, Ltd. •
for the purchase of all.of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
„ wood does hereby resolve, determine�and order as follows:
SecCion 1., That the City of Lynwood 'shall convey to
the said Grayson Heat Control,.Ltd.
. __: ,
. said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservatidns and easements oP re�
. cord and eub,ject to assessments and reassessments and bonded
�liens of record. That the CiCy shall convey to said pur-
- chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City. �
Section.2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the aum of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and 00/100 (�725.00)
' the Mayor.of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
� orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
' - tain land hereinafter describe8, conveying the same as above �
specified to Grayson Heat Co ntrol, Ltd.
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said Clty of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Iviayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�sary to cemplete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4e That the Cit,y Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named,•on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement ls
described as follows, to wit:
Lota 59 and 60, Block 5, Mod�eaka Park, ae per mep re-
corded in Book 9, Pages 142 and 143 of Maps, Los Angeles
County Records.
