• AND AUTHORTZING iHE EXECU`i'ION OF A DEED

THEREIN.
. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as f'ollows:
WTiEREA3, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 21s�ay of Julv , 194�, accep'ted
the offer of Huntington.Park Huildin� Loan Association

for the purchase of all of the right, title .
and interest of the City of Lynvaood iri and to certain lands
. lying within said City; .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couneil of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
` Section 1. That the Clty of Ly ma�ood shall convey to �
the said Huntington Park Bui7_ding Loan Asaociation

said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re»
cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded

been acqulred by said City.
` °Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
f � the sum of Two Hundred Dollars and no/100 (�200.00)
the Mayor of the City oP Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
. ; tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
speaified to Huntington Park Building Loa.n Associa�ion
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City,is hereb,y authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf_of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow Agreement nece�aary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerl: of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit: All That

Beginning at the nor.theast corner of Lot 493,
` Tract 2551, as per map recorded in Book 24,
pages 78, 79 and 80 of maps, Records of Los
4ngeles County, California; thence south 84
degrees east a distance of 8.Sa feet to a ,
ooint; thence south 6 degreea west a dietance of
133."88 feet to the point of'beginning of a curve
concave to the southwest and having a radius of
124.64 feet, a radial line from the point of be-
ginning of said curve bears north 84 degrees
west; thence southerly along said curve a dis-
tance of 47.21 feet to the point of ending of
said curve,a radial 11ne from the point of end-
ing of said curve bears north 62 degrees and 18
minutes west, saidpoint being also the southeast
