WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has .

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oi the City of Lynwood.
does hereby resolve.ae followa:
, (1) That the protesta made at eaid hearing on said In-,
vestigation Report be, and the eame are hereby overruled.
(2) ' That the public interest, convenience and necesaity
require the doing and making of�the public improvement set
forth and described in said Report above referred to and eub-
stantially in the�manner therein set�forth. •
(3) That•the pro�ect conalating of the propoaed improve- .
�ent above referred to ia feasible.
(4) That the eatimated total amount propoaed to be �
assesaed upon any.or all lota or parcels oY land for the
, '" coate and expenses oP said proposed improvement does not ex-
ceed the limitation of indebtedness'eatablished and set forth
� in said Act above referred to and will not, by the levy thereof,
cauae eaid limitation to be exceeded in any inatance.

by the owners of property proposed to be asseased to pay the
, coata and expeneea of said proposed improvement, or any part

(6) That it is hereby ordered that the proceedings for
the making of said propoaed improvement be undertaken pur-
suant to the provieions of an Act of the Legislature of the
State oP California designated ae the °Improvement Act of
1911,° (Division 7 of the Streeta and Highways Code of the
State of Califor.nia) approved Apri1 7th, 1911 and amendmenta
thereto.
