RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UFON PAYtaiElvT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7th day of ,T„i , 194�, accepted
the offer of Harvard B. Anderaon ancl Phyllis Anderaon huaband and
�oint tenanta
and wife, as/ for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymrood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORr., the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said �rvard B. Anderson and Phyllis Anderson husba.nd and
ae .loint tenants
and wife, Said property hereinafter described, subJect to
conditlons, restrictiona, reservations and easements of re-
oord and sub,Ject to assessments and reassessments and bonded
llene of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater.title to said lands than has
been acquired by said Citye •
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum oP �+y�ree Hundred-fifty Dollara and no/100 Dollara
(�350.00) the Mayor of the City of Ly m�JOOd ie hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain_land hereinafter described, conveying the same a5 above
specified to Harvard B. Andereon and Phyllis Anderson, husband`and
�oint tenanta
wife, as / on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
sald deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwoodo
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece:�ary to complete the transfer of said
lands,
Section 4, That the Cit,y Cleri� of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1393, Tract 3389, as per map recorded
in Book 37, page 33 of maps record.s of Los
Angeles,County, Cal'ifor.nia.
