RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIIQ REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOR7ZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIviENT OF THE COIISIDERATZON NAI�iED
THEREIN.
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn»
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Clty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the il•6thday of Au�ust , 194 2, accepted
the offer of Carmelo (3aattuso and Carmela Gattuso, husband and wife, as
,Joint tenanta for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands _
lying within saSd City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section le That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Carmelo Gattuso and Carmela Gattuso, huaband and wiPe, as
. tenants
,Jolnt/ said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictione, reservations arid easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to aseessments and reassesaments and bonded
liens of record, That the City shall convey to'said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acqulred by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the C1ty of Lynwood of
the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 Dollara (�500.00)
the Iviayor of the City oP Lynwood is hereby auth-
orl2ed and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Carmelo Gattuso and Carmela Gattuso hueband and wife, as
�oint tenanta on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of eaid City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the n-�a,yor and City Clerk of said City, ,
on behalf of said City, are hereby Autho�ized to sign any
escrow agreement necE��ary to complete the tranafer of said
landa,
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerl: of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein on
behalf of the said City of L,ynwood, as soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to witt
Lot 925, Tract 3172, as per map recorded in
Book 32, Pa�;e 90 of maps recorde of Lo� An—
geles County, California.
