RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIviENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIUiED
THEREIN.
Be it nesolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as followa:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the i �r yflay of Saptcmhor , 194�, accepted
the offer of J. 0. Law
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lyn»
wood does hereby resolve; determine and order as follows: �'�
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to �
the said J. 0. Law .
eaid property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to
conditiona, restrlctions, reservatione and easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to assessmente and reasseasments and bonded
liens of record. That the City ahall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater tltle to said landa Lhan has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of -
the sum oP Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�500.00)
the Mayor of the City oP Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-

specified to J. 0. Law ,
on behalf oP the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said C1ty is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece��ary to�complete�the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. �That the Cit,y Clerk of said City is author�
ized to deliver said.deed to the grantee therein named, on ..
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
-. dition that the said considera:tlon shall have been paid to
said City.'
