RESOLUTION N0. 1482
RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAY1viENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN. �
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, Callfornia, as followe:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has �
heretofore, on the �th day of September, 194 2, accepted
the offer of �ra. Readnar Siekel
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within said Clty;
NOW, THEREFORE, trie City Council oP the City of Lyn»
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:.
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said Fdrs. Readmar Siekel
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditlona, restrictione, z•eservations and easements of re—
cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassesamenta and bonded
liens of record. THat the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than hae
been acquired by said City,
Sectlon 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of �vo Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�200.00)
�the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described,.conveying the same as above
specified to Pdrs. Readmar Siekel
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of sald City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwoode
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City,,are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�sary to complete the transfer of said .
lands.- ,
Section 4, That the Cit,y Clerl: of said City is author-
Szed to.deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paSd to
said City..
Section 5. �The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to witt
Lots 2, 3, Block 1?, in PAod,jeska Park,
. as per Book 9, Pages 142-143 of I�4aps .
. Records of Los An�eles County.
