RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYfuiENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAiviED
THEREIN.
Be 1t reaolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the Clty of Lynwood hae
heretofore, on the 9th day of Decernber , 1941 , accepted
the offe� of 1'darren P. Scott and Terry Koechig Scott
for the purchase of all of the right, title �
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying wlthin said City; � . � d
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oP the City,of Lyn- I
wood does hereby resolve,.determine and order as followa:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the aaid 4!'arren P. Scott and Terry Koechig Scott
eaid property hereinaPter described, sub�ect to
conditions, reatrictions, reservations and easemente of re--
cord and sub�ect to assesemente and reasseasmenta and bonded
lien8 of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser n� other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of

the aum of Six Hundred and Forty/Seven Dollars and.fifty-seven cente.
(�647.57) the IvIayor of the Ci y of Lynwood ie hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
i
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Warren P. Scott and Terry Koechig Scott
on behalf oP the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

. of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3. That the hiayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�aary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerl: o� said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
