RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIiQ REAL ESTaTE
AND AUTHOR?ZING THE EY.ECUTION OF A DEED
UFON PAYluiENT OF THE CONSIDE;RATION NAIviED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as followa:
WHEREAS, the Clty Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the let day of December , 194�, accepted
the offer of HeTman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg, hueband and wife,
as �oint tena_ntsfor the purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lymvood,in and to certain lands
. lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lyntivood shall convey to
the said Herman Goldberg and (ioldie Goldberg, husband and wife,
tenants
as ,Joint/ eaid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to
conditiona, restrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassessments and.bonded
llens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
8ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oY
the aum of Seven Hundred Beventy-Five Dollars and no/100
($775.00) the Mayor of the City oP Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a fleed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter descrlbed, conveying the same as above
specifled to Herman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg, hueband and wife,
ante,
as �oint ten-%on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said Gity is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the h�iayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said CiYy, are hereby autih.orized to sign any
escrow agreement necE�aary to cemple*.e tYie transfer of said
landa.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Cler!: of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the gra therein hamed, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as,.soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City. •
Sectlon 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 823, Tra.ct 30'78, ae per map
recorded in Book 31, Page 48 of
Maps, Records of Los Ang8lea
County, California, excepting
the westerly 10 feet thereof.
