City of McCall Solar City Project
AMENDMENT #2 TO CONTRACT CON00098
PROVISIONS
This contract, entered into between the OFFICE OF ENERGY RESOURCES ("Office") and the
City of McCall, Idaho ("Contractor") is made in reference to the following facts:
RECITALS
1. The parties entered into the contract April 13, 2010.
2. The parties entered into, Amendment #1 on December 30, 2010.
3. The parties desire to modify said contract.
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PROMISES STATED, THE PARTIES AGREE AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 10 on page 8 of the Contract is deleted and a new Section 10 is added as follows:
10. Term
This Contract shall take effect on the date this Contract is executed by both parties
and shall continue in effect until December 1, 2011, unless terminated earlier in
accordance with Section IV and V of the Office of Energy Resources "Standard Contract
Provisions", Attachment A.
2. All other provisions of Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Amendment is executed in duplicate. Each of the two documents with an original
signature of each party shall be an original.
