CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-01
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE
THE ENCLAVE AT BROCKTON 2ND ADDITION PLAT
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012-73
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
existing under the laws of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, October 2, 2012, the City adopted Resolution 2012-73, granting final
approval to U.S. Home Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Developer") for a plat called
"The Enclave at Brockton 2nd Addition," which plats six existing parcels of land which are
legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, under the terms of Resolution 2012-73, approval was valid for a period of 120
days from October 2, 2012, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested an extension until June 5, 2013 in order to meet
the terms and conditions of approval and to file the plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Enclave at Brockton 2nd Addition plat must be filed with the County Recorder
by June 5, 2013 or the final plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for
time extension is submitted by the Developer and approved prior to the deadline by
the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2012-73 are
hereby reaffirmed.

and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
