RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIviENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN.

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 3lsttiay of December , 194 2, accepted
the offer of Graysqn Heat.Control, LGtd.
for Lhe purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Clty Council oP the City of Lyn—
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald , Grayson Heat Control, Ltd.
� said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditiona, restrictiona, reservations and easements of re�
cord and aub�ect to assesamente and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to eaid lands than hae
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum oPTwo Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Dollara and no/100
($2,290.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Grayson Heat Control, Ltd.
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3, That the hiayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hPrebj� autho:ized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�.�a:y to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4, That the City C12rk of said City�is author-
ized to deliver sai� dzPd to the g:antee therein named, on
behalf of the said City oi ?�ynwcod, as soon as, or upon con-
dition tha.t the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, �0,
and 31, in Block 4, of Mod�eska Park, as per map
recorded in.Book 9, Pages 142 and 143 of Maps,
Records of Loe Angeles �ounty, California.
