RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL"ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
" wood, California, as followa:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
' heretofore, on the 31st day of December 194 2, accepted
the offer of John E. Schuenemann and Cleo M. Schuenemann, as
,�oint tenants for the purchase of all.of the right, title
� and interes� of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands "
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councll of the City of Lyn-
. wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section.l. That the City oP Lynwood ahall convey to
I _ the.said John.E. Schuenemann and Cleo M. Schuenemann,,,as ;�oint
tenants said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to
conditions, restrictiona, reservations and easements of re-
•, cord and aub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the C1ty shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
- bee� acquired by said City„
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum oP 3even Hundred Fifty Dollars and no/100 Dollars
(�750.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
. specified to John E. Schuenemann and �leo M. Schuenemann, as Joint
tenanta on behalf oP the said CSty of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City Ss hereby authorized to attest -
said deed and to afflx the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Sectlon 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby au*horized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�aary to com�lete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Cleri: of sa.id City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con- .
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
� said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as-follows, to wit:
,, Lot 86, Tract 2551, as per map re-
corded in Book 24, Pages 78, ?9 and
80 of Mape, Records of Los Angelea
County, California, excepting the
Westerly 10 Yeet thereof.
