RESOLUTION SELLIrIG CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AU'1'HORIZING THE EXECiJ'1'ION OF A DEED
UPON PAYPfENT OF TfiE COI�STDERATION NAMr,D
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council o° the City of Lynwood,
California, as folloc�s:
VJHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Lym�uood has here—
tofore, on the 5th day of January, 1943, a_ccepted the offer of
John L. tiNintz and Alpha S. 4Jintz, husband and wife, as ,�oint
tenants for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest
of the City of Lyntuood in and to certain lands lying within said
City;
NOt4', THER�FORE, the City Council of the City of L•ynwood
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follom�s:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shzll convey to the
said John L. wintz and A1p:7a S. 4Vintz, husband and xdfe, as ,�oint
tenant� said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record. Tha-t the Gity
shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to said lands
than has been �cquired by sa.id City. ,
Section 2. Tha.t upon payment to the City of Lynwood oP the
sum of One Thousand Three Huncired FiPty Dollars and no/100, �
(�1350:0�)`t�}e Pdayor of the City of Lynwood is hereb� authorized
and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of certain land
hereinafter deecribed, conveyi•ng the same as above specified to
John L. �uintz and Alpha S. Wintz, husband and wife, as 3oint
tenants on beh�lf of the said Cit'y of Lym�iood, and t:iat the City
Clerk oY said City is hereby authorized to attest said deed and

Section 3, That the Nia,yor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said C1`�y, aie �Preby� at?thorized to sign any

Section 4. Thr�. the Cit,y C12r1, of sa.id City is author—
ized to deliver said deeP� to the g�Antee therein named, on
behalf of the said City o1 L,yn�vcod, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Sectlon 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wvit:
Lot 23, Tract No. 2551, as per
Boo;� 24, Pages 78 to 80 of PHaps
Records of Los Angeles County.
